BCHomeInfo Team Marketing Assistant
(Adam Smith Real Estate Services – Remax 2000 Realty)
Purpose: The Goal of the Marketing Assistant position is to ensure maximum development and promotion of the BCHomeInfo Team Brand as the premium provider of Real Estate Services within our chosen market place. To provide a professional 1st point of contact for all inbound enquiries from clients and co-operating realtors. To ensure all marketing avenues are active, functioning and growing. The marketing assistant is responsible to capture all inbound real estate leads for both buyers and sellers, enter them into our database and ensure the appropriate follow up and referral systems are activated and running. The marketing Assistant will also be the point of contact between BCHomeInfo Team members including, Team Realtors, Service Providers and Referral Sources. Responsibilities also include maintaining the office so that it is organized, functional and ready for business; managing the database, assigning leads, client retention systems, tracking invoices, expenses, deal closings and client possessions.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
Answering the phone appropriately and capturing the info for follow up
Managing the client Database to ensure monthly mailings and e-mail drip plans are in place
Organizing Client Parties and gatherings
Organize personal note system and client contact system
Booking Realtor showings and phoning back for feedback
Working to maximize the BCHomeInfo Team Brand and developing quality business leads of Real Estate Buyers and Sellers.
Requirements:
Professional Disposition and appearance.
Self-starter with a positive mental attitude
Willingness to learn and grow personally
Excellent interpersonal skills, phone manner and command of the English language both verbally and written.
Excellent computer skills – Familiar with Word, excel, Internet Explorer and familiar with spell check and grammar options.
Real Estate License Preferred
Compensation:
Base Wage / Salary: Based on Experience and demonstrated skills - plus performance bonuses.
Benefits: Medical and dental after 6 months probationary period (starting in 2010)
Salary review: After 1st 90 days and annually thereafter
Training: Real Estate Courses; Assistants program, Top Producer programs, eventual sponsored Real Estate License. On-going real Estate courses and training.
Career Path: Real Estate Assistant, Licensed Assistant, Buyers Agent, Listing Specialist.
