The Creekside Terrace townhouse project in Surrey, built on the site of the former Surrey Public Market, is nearing completion, with hopes for occupancy soon. Developer Eddie Chiu noted that the project faced delays due to environmental improvements and structural upgrades. The site has a history of various uses, including a market that operated until the late 1990s. Currently, a mix of three- and five-bedroom townhomes are available, but marketing has not yet begun pending the occupancy permit.
